Thin Love (Thin Love #1) by Eden Butler

I love football. ⚜ Go Saints! ⚜
To kick off the NFL season, I’ve chosen Thin Love as my September book of the month. This story pulled me in, and I couldn’t stop turning the pages to know what happens next. A beautiful, tragic, emotional, love story with plenty of angst and steamy love scenes. It had everything that I love in a romance novel. These two characters are incredibly broken and flawed, but also very endearing. Hate at first sight, college love, breakup and when these two are reunited their story is beautiful and unforgettable.

Synopsis from Goodreads:

Love isn’t supposed to be an addiction. It isn’t supposed to leave you bleeding.  Kona pushed, Keira pulled, and in their wake, they left behind destruction. She sacrificed everything for him. It wasn’t enough. The wounds of the past can never be completely forgotten and still, the flame remains, slumbers between the pleasure of yesterday and the thought of what might have been.
